Peter O’Toole

Peter joined Xtera as Project Director, initially responsible for the TAM-1 Submarine Cable System in 2024. With a career spanning over two decades, Peter is a seasoned telecommunications executive with extensive experience in both subsea and terrestrial networks. Prior to joining Xtera, he spent more than 20 years at Ciena, where he held various leadership roles in Project Management, Technical Support, and Quality.
