We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Engineer to join our expanding team. As an engineering-driven organisation, this role presents an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to advance their career in quality engineering within a highly experienced and collaborative team. The successful candidate will work closely with all departments at Xtera, contributing to new projects from initial concept through validation and into full-scale production.
EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Quality Management System (QMS): Supporting the maintenance of the QMS and serving as the quality lead for various system aspects, including Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), change control, document control, and risk assessments.
· Reporting: Preparing a range of reports, from basic spreadsheet-based capability studies to comprehensive Validation Summary Reports.
· Training & Documentation: Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions, and overseeing training implementation.
