WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Graduate Engineer at Xtera, you’ll be at the heart of groundbreaking technology, working on a dynamic range of projects that blend electronic, optical, and mechanical engineering. Under the mentorship of our experienced product development team, you’ll:
- Engage in Product Development: Dive into the development and evaluation of cutting-edge line transmission equipment, including fiber optic systems and Xtera’s proprietary optical amplifiers. Use test equipment to monitor and record performance, ensuring our products push the boundaries of innovation.
- Maintain & Innovate: Get hands-on experience installing and maintaining transmission equipment, developing software to automate testing processes, and managing laboratory resources. Your contributions will be vital to our success.
- Collaborate & Report: Work closely with a team of experts, sharing insights and troubleshooting to ensure our products meet and exceed industry standards.
